This is our homeless vets gift registration. We are only serving vets in Cook County and Northern Indiana. Please enter your contact information on the right. You will be asked certain information to verify your veteran status. You will be asked to register with the Homeless Veteran Program at the Jesse Brown VA Hospital. This program provides tent, sleeping bags, lunches and clothing. Our tentative distribution date will be announced to vets. Who have signed up for this program and the availability of items.
