• Illegal Activity: Using the Platform to facilitate any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Automated Access: Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Platform, collect user data, or interact with other members.
• Impersonation: Pretending to be another person, including staff members, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any entity.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and design elements - are owned by Slavic Women Dating or our licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without our prior written consent. The "Slavic Women Dating" name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Slavic Women Dating LLC.

By uploading content to your profile (including photographs and text), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. You retain ownership of your original content and may remove it at any time by deleting it from your profile or closing your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

Slavic Women Dating provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Platform or any content therein.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Slavic Women Dating shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• The conduct, actions, or statements of any other user, whether online or offline.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or personal data.
• Service interruptions, delays, or errors resulting from technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Financial losses resulting from interactions with other users, including travel costs, gift purchases, or third-party services.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Slavic Women Dating in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through the following process:

2. Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Chicago, Illinois.
3. Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

7. Service Modifications and Account Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to features, pricing structures, service availability, and these Terms.

When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if:

• Your account is flagged by our anti-fraud systems for suspicious activity.
• You fail to respond to a verification request within 14 days.
• We receive credible reports of harmful behavior from other users.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature in your profile settings. Upon termination, your profile will be removed from public view within 48 hours, and your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
